RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
KEEP IN MIND THAT:
- Pieces that are on sale or have a discount can’t be returned.
- The return of the jewelry will always be made for the value at which they were purchased, in case the customer wishes to change the jewel to one of greater value, he must cancel the difference; and if it is of less value, the money is not returned, and a balance will be made in favor of the client.
- The jewelry must not have been worn and must be in the same state in which it was delivered.
- In no case will be money back.
- Special orders and custom-made pieces are final sales and can’t be returned.
- The shipping costs associated with returns will be to the client expenses. Also, the shipping costs associated with exchanges of pieces that are not covered by our guarantee.
- We accept returns and exchanges only when the jewelry have been bought directly on this website, through our Instagram @AnaCaroJoyeria or our @WhatsApp+573167440403.
- If you have bought our jewelry through one of our stockists please refer to them to ask for help according to their return policies and exchanges.
Refunds to the CUSTOMER:
Only if the delivered product is defective or incorrect, Ana Carolina Valencia will refund the Customer the value paid in its order and the corresponding shipping costs. Refunds are made through our payment platforms, Stripe or Paypal, depending on which you used to process initial payment.
