Those expenses must be assumed by the client. All our products are handmade and shipped from Colombia. The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the product without prior notice.

Payment Options

Payments through our website are processed through our two payment platforms  Paypal and Stripe. Payments can be done with credit cards or debit cards and all other methods supported by our payment platforms.

Order Formalization

Once the order is formalized, that is, with the acceptance of the Terms of Use and the confirmation of the purchase process, Ana Carolina Valencia will always send an email to the Customer confirming the details of the purchase made.

Delivery  of the Products

Ana Carolina Valencia undertakes to send the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form, through an international shipping company, which can be FEDEX, DHL or any other determined by the brand. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the Customer for indicating an address to which the order can be delivered. Ana Carolina Valencia will not be responsible for delivery errors caused when the address provided by the Customer in the order form is not accurate or correct.

  1. Delivery Time

Shipments are made through international shipping companies such as FEDEX and DHL. Once your order is confirmed, we proceed to the preparation and dispatch of it.

Remember: For products in stock, the shipment is made the next working day after the purchase is confirmed. For products ordered to be manufactured, the shipment is made between 10 to 15 business days after the purchase is confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped and delivered to the carrier, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number information, that way you can track your shipment through the shipping company website, that’s why is very important to provide an email address at checkout.

Once you receive the dispatch confirmation, you will receive your order within a maximum of 7 business days for international shipments. These times are estimates and do not depend directly on Ana Carolina Valencia, which exempts it from any delay in the delivery of your order due to an extraordinary case or force majeure event.  It is also not our responsibility when the delivery has not been possible at the address indicated for reasons directly responsible to the customer. In this case, you should communicate directly with the carrier’s customer service, providing the respective tracking number.

  1. Loss of packages

In case of loss or theft of the package sent, it is carrier´s responsibility, who will initiate an investigation process to find the location of the package and determine the procedure to request payment of the jewelry contained in the lost package, taking into account the declared and insured value. The claim process should be made directly with the shipping company. Ana Carolina Valencia is not responsible for the package, after it is shipped. The shipping company is the one that guarantees delivery to client, that’s why we work with renowned international shipping companies such as FEDEX or DHL. We will help client during claim process and facilitate all support we can give through our local carrier’s service agent.

  • Diligence in the delivery

The Customer must check the good condition of the package with the courier company, indicating any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging. If, subsequently, once the product has been checked, the Customer detects any incident such as a blow, breakage, signs of having been opened or any imperfection caused by the shipping company, he/she agrees to notify Ana Carolina Valencia via email within 24 hours of delivery. After that time no such incidents will be attended (only parts under warranty Policy).

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted once order has been shipped. Changes to the order can be made before the goods are shipped, as long as they are products available in stock. For products that have been ordered to be manufactured, changes can only be made up to 24 hours after the purchase has been made. In both cases an email must be sent to [email protected], specifying the desired changes.


Jewelry purchased from Ana Carolina Valencia website through its online store may be returned and refunded, when the product received is defective or does not correspond to the product ordered by you as confirmed in your order.  Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for complete details.

Keep in mind that:

  • Pieces that are on sale or have a discount can’t be returned.
  • The return of the jewelry will always be made for the value at which they were purchased, in case the customer wishes to change the jewel to one of greater value, he must cancel the difference; and if it is of less value, the money is not returned, and a balance will be made in favor of the client.
  • The jewelry must not have been worn and must be in the same state in which it was delivered.
  • In no case will there be money back.
  • Discounted or on sale jewelry can only be exchanged for legal guarantee. These jewels are not accepted as return items.
  • Special orders and custom-made pieces are final sales and can’t be returned.
  • The shipping costs associated with returns will be to the client expenses. Also, the shipping costs associated with exchanges of pieces that are not covered by our guarantee.
  • We accept returns and exchanges only when the jewelry have been bought directly on this website, through our Instagram @AnaCaroJoyeria or our WhatsApp +573167440403. If you have bought our jewelry through one of our stockists please refer to them to ask for help according to their return policies and exchanges.

Refunds to the CUSTOMER

Only if the delivered product is defective or incorrect, Ana Carolina Valencia will refund the Customer the value paid in its order and the corresponding shipping costs. Refunds are made through our payment platforms, Stripe or Paypal, depending on which you used to process initial payment.

Warranty Disclaimer of Liability.

Ana Carolina Valencia will be exonerated from liability arising from the warranty, when it proves that the defect comes from:

  1. The improper use of the product by the Customer.
  2. When the Customer did not follow the instructions for the care of the product (see  Product Care ).
