RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Feel comfortable making a return. Jewelry pieces purchased from Ana Carolina Valencia throughher online store may be returned and refunded, if the following conditions are met:

  1. If the reason for the return is the responsibility of the company Ana Carolina Valencia, because the product received is defective or does not correspond to the product ordered by you as confirmed in your order.
  2. If you need an exchange or repair due to causes that might be included as guarantee. Please refer to our warranty Policy

Follow these instructions:

  1. Notify us to the email address [email protected], of your intention to return the jewelry within 24 hours of receiving the order, indicating in the subject: RETURN REQUEST . Please tell us the reason why you are requesting the return, attach pictures of the pieces to be returned and a copy of the waybill delivered by the carrier.
  2. When we answer your email, we will give you the directions of how and where to send the returning pieces, according to your location. Send the jewelry to be returned within 3 business days from the date we answer your email. Send us the tracking number and a

copy of the guide delivered by the transport company. The shipping amount expenses will be reimbursed only when the return is due to defective products or you receive a different product as you order.

  1. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
  2. The return shipping must be made using the same box and/or bag in which it was received to protect the product. In the event that it cannot be shipped with the same  box and/or bag with which it was delivered, the Client must return it in a protective box so that the product is received again with the maximum possible guarantees. Only in the event that the product delivered is defective or incorrect, Ana Carolina Valencia will refund the Customer the value paid for their order and the corresponding shipping costs. The refund of your money will be processed through our payment platforms according to their policies for refunds and returns.

KEEP IN MIND THAT:

  • Pieces that are on sale or have a discount can’t be returned.
  • The return of the jewelry will always be made for the value at which they were purchased, in case the customer wishes to change the jewel to one of greater value, he must cancel the difference; and if it is of less value, the money is not returned, and a balance will be made in favor of the client.
  • The jewelry must not have been worn and must be in the same state in which it was delivered.
  • In no case will be money back.
  • Special orders and custom-made pieces are final sales and can’t be returned.
  • The shipping costs associated with returns will be to the client expenses. Also, the shipping costs associated with exchanges of pieces that are not covered by our guarantee.
  • We accept returns and exchanges only when the jewelry have been bought directly on this website, through our Instagram @AnaCaroJoyeria or our @WhatsApp+573167440403.
  • If you have bought our jewelry through one of our stockists please refer to them to ask for help according to their return policies and exchanges.

Refunds to the CUSTOMER:

Only if the delivered product is defective or incorrect, Ana Carolina Valencia will refund the Customer the value paid in its order and the corresponding shipping costs. Refunds are made through our payment platforms, Stripe or Paypal, depending on which you used to process initial payment.
