Our jewelry pieces have a 6 months warranty from the time of purchase. We offer guarantee on the products purchased, in the terms established by the Law, responding for defects in quality and suitability. Defects in quality refer to cases where is notable that welded pieces have unwelded, not to pieces that notably show as broken, and when Gold plated shows spots or its color has blemished.

General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty policy. Gold-plated bronze products may suffer discoloration due to use (rubbing), which is not guaranteed after 30 days of purchase. Our warranty policy does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost, damage or stolen items.

Warranty does not apply to jewelry pieces that are damaged by accident, improper packaging while storage or travelling, improper use such as shock, use of chemicals or failed to follow care instructions. Please refer to our Product Care Instructions for complete information to keep your jewelry pieces properly and give them long live.

STONE WARRANTY: In the event of falling stones, it will be evaluated whether it was misuse of the jewel (impacts or stone fracture) or a manufacturing defect. If it is determined that the stone fell due to a manufacturing defect, a warranty will be provided and the stone will be replaced. Scratches, bumps or any defect caused by use is not under warranty, but a restoration service is provided. The piece will be evaluated and the repair will be quoted to the client. Customer is responsible for all related repairing and shipping costs. Breakage of stones, crystals, mother-of-pearl pieces caused by bumps or falls is not guaranteed as this is considered misuse or improper care of the jewelry. (Product Care Instructions ).

Breakage of pieces of jewelry, which are usually soldered and break due to misuse or neglect, have no guarantee.

Our products are handmade, so they can have special and natural characteristics associated with the materials used in their manufacturing process that can sometimes generate variation in texture or differences in the characteristics of one product to another, which cannot be considered as a defect at any time, therefore does not apply as a guarantee.

If you have bought our jewelry through one of our stockists the warranty request must be made directly to the distributor.

In order for the warranty to take action in the jewelry, the customer must take into account the following:

  • If the defect cannot be repaired, it will be replaced by an equal model, if this is not available, the customer can exchange it for any other jewel of the same or greater value, canceling the difference.
  • If there is a total change of the product for another, the warranty term will start running again in its entirety from the moment of replacement.
  • The term of the legal guarantee will begin to run from the delivery of the product to the client.
  • Warranty repairs will be made within approximately one (01) month, starting from the date on which the jewel is received at our office.
  • Shipping fees derived from warranties will be assumed by Ana Carolina Valencia for both national and international sales.

To request a repair please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Contact name and number
  • Proof of purchase (purchase confirmation or receipt)
  • Photo of damaged product
  • Brief description of the requested fix

Once we receive the specified information, we will evaluate the repair and send you the authorization along with return instructions. Please note that repair authorization is granted on a case-by-case basis and may not be granted if we determine that damage occurred due to inappropriate use. The repair takes between 4 to 6 weeks. For products purchased in the last 30 days, repair is free, as long as the damage to the piece of jewelry was not caused by inappropriate use or poor care. For purchases of more than 30 days, the buyer must assume the cost of the repair which will be specified in the authorization email. All arrangements are subject to shipping costs. For products purchased from one of our distributors, please return the product to them. We are subject to their return and repair policies. Products that have not been purchased from authorized distributors of our brand  will not be repaired. If it is a manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a model equal to the one initially purchased. If the model is no longer available, you can exchange it for any other jewel of the same or greater value, canceling the difference.

ANA CAROLINA VALENCIA Contemporary Jewelry repairs purchased pieces if they break or damage, whenever repair is possible. In any case, a charge will be made for repairs and shipping of the repaired part. To request a repair, contact [email protected], specifying in the subject: REPAIR REQUEST and attaching the respective photographs.

Products that do not have a warranty or have already expired can be sent for repair, as long as there are parts available to fix the product.

In any case, to request a guarantee, the jewelry must be sent to the indicated address, attaching the original purchase invoice. Additionally, they must be sent in their original packaging.

Repairs may take up to 30 business days.
