Feel comfortable making a return. The pieces of jewelry purchased from Ana Carolina Valencia through its online store may be returned and refunded provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. If the reason for the return is the responsibility of the company Ana Carolina Valencia, because the product received is defective or does not correspond to the product ordered by you as confirmed in your order.
  2. Notify the e-mail address anacarovalencia.joyeria@gmail.com, your intention to return the jewels during the 24 hours following receipt of the order, indicating in the subject: REQUEST RETURN.
  3. Make the shipment of the jewelry to be returned within 3 working days of the date of receipt to the address indicated in response to the initial notification, sending via email a copy of the guide delivered by the carrier. The amount expenses will be reimbursed.
  4. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.

The shipment must be made using the same box and/or bag in which it has been received to protect the product. In case that can not be done with the box and/or bag with which it was delivered. The customer must return it in a protective box in order that the product is received again with the maximum guarantees as possible.

Just in case that the delivered product is defective or incorrect Ana Carolina Valencia will reimburse the customer the value paid in their order and the corresponding shipping costs. The refund of your money will be processed through our payment platform PayU according to their policies for refunds and returns.

Our jewelry pieces have a guaranteed for 30 days from the moment of purchase.

To request a repair please send an email to anacarovalencia.joyeria@gmail.com with the specifications below to receive authorization for the repair:

  1. Contact name and number
  2. Proof of purchase (confirmation of purchase or receipt)
  3. Photo of the damaged product
  4. Short description of the requested arrangement

Once we receive the specified information, we will evaluate the repair and send you the authorization along with the return instructions. Please note that the authorization of arrangements is granted according to each case and it may not be granted if we determine that the damage occurred due to inappropriate use. The repair takes between 2 to 4 weeks.

For products purchased in the last 30 days, the repair is free just in case that the damage of the piece of jewelry has not been caused by improper use or poor care. For purchases of more than 30 days the buyer must assume the cost of the repair which will be specified in the authorization mail. All arrangements are subject to shipping costs.

For products purchased from one of our distributors please return the product to them. We are subject to their return and repair policies. Products that have not been purchased at authorized dealers Ana Carolina Valencia Contemporary Jewelry will not be fixed.

If it’s a manufacturing defect and can not be repaired it is replaced by a model equal to the one initially purchased. If the model is no longer available you can exchange it for any other jewel of the same or greater value canceling the difference.

  • Breaks of stones, crystals, pieces of mother-of-pearl produced by blows or falls are not guaranteed since this is considered a misuse or inappropriate care of the jewels. (See Care of the product).

The breaks of pieces of the jewel, that are usually welded and for misuse or neglect are broken are not guaranteed. That is to say that if the piece has an arrangement the client must send it to the address previously indicated for repair. Shipping and repair costs are borne by the customer and must be canceled at the time of request.

ANA CAROLINA VALENCIA Contemporary Jewelry repairs purchased parts if they are broken or damaged whenever possible their repair. In any case, it will be charged for the repairs and the shipment of the repaired piece. To request a repair, please contact anacarovalencia.joyeria@gmail.com, specifying in the subject: REQUEST FOR REPAIR and attaching the respective photographs.

Products that have no warranty or the warranty has been already expired can be sent to fix as long as there are available parts for the arrangement of the product.

  • In any case to request a guarantee, the jewelry must be sent to the address indicated, attaching the original purchase invoice. In addition, they must be sent in their original packaging.
  • Repairs can take up to 30 business days.
  • Bronze products with gold bath can suffer a discoloration by use (rubbing) which is not guaranteed after 30 days of purchase.

Products in sale have no option to change or refund.

Each one of our pieces are made by hand and mostly contain some natural stone or glass. For this reason, the jewels can present variations between the original piece and that of the photo exhibited in our catalog. This is because all natural stones without exception are unique and unrepeatable.

Most of our jewels are made in bronze with a gold bath of 24kt, bath of silver “law 1000” and in some cases we offer veneered pieces (which is specified in the product description).


To increase the useful life of your pieces, it is recommended:

  • Save separately
  • Do not carry during physical exercise and / or pool
  • Clean frequently using a soft, dry cloth to maintain its original color and luster.
  • Avoid knocks and falls.
  • Keep each piece in its own packaging.
  • Avoid contact with seawater or the pool, perfumes, soaps, creams, detergents or any other chemical.
  • To care for your jewelry and keep your pieces clean, gently remove makeup and excess oil from the skin after each use.
